lllooch (written with three lowercase “l”) is an emerging brand of Russian design furniture and home accessories.
Founded by Leonid Lozbenko, graduated from Central Saint Martin’s College of Art & Design in London and then returned to his country to start a business.
The word “llloch” in Russian means “ray of light” and associates the brand to the ideas of energy, progress, inspiration and technology.
The lllooch products follow the latest wave, through the exclusive use of natural materials and green processing technologies.
The company relies on several very young designers, who focus their projects in particular on the integration of technological elements within forms that fit well in both traditional and modern spaces: ERO coffee table, made of marble and steel, is equipped with a USB port, but the project blends perfectly form and function.
At HOMI Milano the Russian brand presented the prototype of a free standing office kitchen, perfect for hosting the microwave or the coffee machine. It’s called LO-LO and has been designed by Aotta studio, in particular by the young Tanya Repina, I had the opportunity to speak with, showeing all her enthusiasm for this project.
Moreover, the LightBean lamps di Katerina Kopytina and by the steel floor mirror Fraulein, designed by Nadya Semchishina, really caught my attention.
Currently lllooch products are distributed only in Russia, but they will soon open a showroom in Berlin, and maybe there will be a brewery inside: I really hope to be invited to the opening!
