Summer is here and it only means one thing: WeeKenDoit is coming!
Organised by Gaia Segattini, this is the perfect event for all the handmade and craft lovers, and it will be held from July 18 to 24 in Ancona, Italy.
For me it will be an opportunity to finally make a little holiday with my buddy Paola Bologna (oltreverso.it) and to see many friends who will join us from all over Italy …
First of all,Francesca Baldassarri, with which I’ve planned this post, written 4 hands on 2 blogs, mine and hers: a collection of summer cocktail recipes ideal for the crafter that at the end of the day he wants to relax and enjoy (maybe dancing with her friends!)
GIN + GRAPEFRUIT SUMMER SODA * decor8 *
A summer version of the classic gin and soda, adding some grapefruit juice, which gives the cocktail a really perfect pastel shade for this season. If you then add berries, it will be so stylish, perfect for you constantly looking for the wow effect for your backstage pictures on Instagram.
EDIBLE FLOWER RAINBOW SOUR COCKTAIL * Sugar & Cloth *
Everybody loves edible flowers! Added to the cocktail, they not only add color and style, but also give a slight aroma: definitely to try! Ideal for those who love flowers and nature, who only use eco friendly materials and want to demonstrate their commitment even when they get drunk!
SPRITZ HUGO * Gucki *
Thanks to Gucki I discovered this great cocktail from Alto Adige, perfect for those looking for a fresh and light aperitif, made from prosecco and elderflower syrup. Ideal for a refreshing break for those working from home, five minutes of relax, on the terrace or in the garden.
TRIPLE TIKI RUM PUNCH * A Beautiful mess *
A fruity cocktail and super kitsch table accessories as the Maneki neko punch bowl, that is by itself a good excuse to throw a party with friends! For those who can’t help buying gadgets of all types and are looking for a way to justify the splurge!
BLUEBERRY MOJITO POPSICLES * Broma bakery *
And then here they are, the mojito popsicles with a blueberries variant: prepare them and in the hot days that are coming you’ll thank me! An innocent snack for the mid-afternoon break, slightly alcoholic, which will give you a lift to continue working with a smile.
